For example, they can whip up a batch of De Cecco Penne with spicy sausage and fennel, matched with a bottle of Night Harvest Shiraz, or seduce that special someone with a De Cecco Farfalle with the local creamery’s ricotta and a bottle of Night Harvest Chardonnay. If the recipe passes the test of loved ones’ palates, contestants can then pass the recipe on to Chef Joseph Manzare for final approval.

About De Cecco® Pasta
DeCecco PastaThe De Cecco family has been making pasta for more than a century. The story began in the small village of Fara San Martino, located at the foot of Mount Maiella in Italy. Here the De Cecco brothers, with their passion for pasta, started their pasta enterprise using the best flour from the surrounding countryside. Over the past 100 years, De Cecco has refined pasta production, and by combining old world technique with modern engineering, was responsible for the “low temperature” pasta drying model. As a result, pasta does not have to be sun dried, removing limitations by weather. De Cecco Pasta starts with the world's finest durum wheat crops, richest in the gluten protein that gives dough a superior consistency, and is ground in its own mill in Fara San Martino before being dried, packaged and distributed worldwide. The result: De Cecco Pasta, a term synonymous with quality and Italian pleasure.
